Hook Bakery

Pastry store inspired by the dough hook, used in the process of modern day baking.

The menu is turned into clay models and is displayed around the store like art in a museum, with a service window, for order placement and collection.

The ceiling is domed with the center piece being a display installation shaped like the dough hook. This was inspired by the modern day electric mixer (flipped upside down).
